BAI Group is specialized in international business and covers different fields, as business consultant, providing services to foreign companies on the best strategy to apply to reach the Chilean market, as well as to use Chile as a platform to later insert themselves in other countries in South America.
BAI Group also represents their clients before private and public entities, in private and public tenders, and offers comprehensive business services. BAI Group has companies focused to import products and to sell them in Chile, being a benchmark in the country, especially in the Chilean metal market.

BAI CONSULTING LTDA
Its core business is advising and assisting foreign companies in business management in Chile and South America, representing them in private and public tenders, as well as in the formation of subsidiaries. Bai Consulting Ltda. has an interdisciplinary group, which allow us to provide comprehensive professional services, legal assistance, accounting, customs agency services, as well as business management.
Bai Consulting Ltda. is included in the list of official suppliers of the Embassy of The United Kingdom in Chile, DIT (Department for International Trade), in order to assist British companies in their commercial operations in Chile. BAI Consulting is also registered as an official supplier of Carabineros de Chile (Chilean National Police), among other public entities.
Bai Consulting Ltda. has been involved in several projects from different industrial sectors, such as companies with ecological and sustainable products, its has operated and represented companies within the metal industry, and is currently related to a green hydrogen project, among others.
BAI BUSINESS SpA
The main objective of this company is the import and sale of various products, such as certain metals, for the security of national defense, among others.
METSTOCK LATAM
This company is in the metal market industry, and its main objetive is the import and marketing, mainly of Stainless Steel, flat products, but also aluminum, diamond coated aluminum, pre-painted, aluminum composite, pipes, bars, fittings, among others.
As a complement to the sale of these types of products, and given the expertise and experience of our sales team, a specialized advisory services is also provided to our clientes so that they can make the best decisions regarding the correct use and purchase of the type of product according to their needs.
We have formed strategic alliances with different suppliers, especially from Asia, who provide us with top of the line metals in order to meet the high standards of the Chilean market.
